Hi! My name is Kimberly Handley. I am privileged to have one of the most fun jobs in the world…sharing my love for piano with others! I have been playing the piano since I was 5 years old and have 30 years experience giving private piano and group lessons. My students of all ages enjoy my tailored approach taking into account their personalities, learning styles and tastes. We explore all kinds of music together including classical, pop, religious, jazz, rags, modern, etc. Students learn to improvise and compose music, too. All of this is offered in an encouraging, fun environment I offer plenty of performance opportunities. Some of my students play piano for enjoyment, while others have gone on to make music their profession. Piano lessons are a great tool to gain confidence, perseverance, goal setting skills and diligence. Playing music is a great stress reliever and emotional outlet.
